Training center works exclusively with corporate customers and do not conduct open trainings.
The training center is focused on long-term cooperation with customers and the implementation of multi-level training programs, tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
The audience is middle and top level managers.
Trainings and seminars of the Training center mainly take place on its own premises allowing to train up to 120 people (10 small groups) at the same time.
Training takes place in the form of short-term intensive training (2-5 days).
Throughout the training period diagnostic results, a corresponding adjustment of training programs and support for the implementation of changes in the organization are provided.Business Coaches of the Training center use techniques of active learning, business and role-playing games, video training, use real problems and situations as case studies.
